The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out detailed inspections and underwater visits of the engineering structures of the Department of Charente-Maritime, under the contracting authority of the Department of Charente-Maritime. The Department's engineering structures heritage is made up of about 1500 crossings, 200 retaining walls, and various river and maritime structures with different types of materials (masonry, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, metal) and various typologies. The service, which is the subject of this framework agreement, must highlight the condition of the structures as well as any pathological developments or the appearance of new disorders on these structures
