This contract is a multi-year public supply contract with orders within the meaning of article 2, 20° of the law of 17 June 2016 on public contracts. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single successful tenderer for the benefit of the entities identified in point 3 of TITLE II of this special specification. These entities will place orders to the successful bidder of the framework agreement as and when they meet their own needs.

The purpose of this contract is the acquisition of mobile devices (such as mobile phones, smartphones and tablets) of various brands and their accessories.

This contract also covers various services related to this equipment, in particular a warranty service and the repair service which should contribute to increasing the lifespan (durability) of the devices.

These activities are further detailed in the chapter (TITLE V) on “Technical Requirements” of this special specification.
