The procurement will cover Vygruppen's need for consultancy services within business development. Vygruppen has a broad project and assignment portfolio that varies in scope and workload over time. As a result, Vygruppen periodically needs to call on external capacity and expertise.
The contract value/volume of the procurement is estimated at NOK 10 to 20 million excluding VAT per year, based on historical figures and expected activity, but reservations are taken in that the volume may vary significantly from year to year and that spending depends on needs and available budgetary funds. The maximum financial ceiling for the framework agreement is set at NOK 120 million excluding VAT.
The framework agreement will mainly include purchases from Vygruppen c/o Strategy & Business Development, Improvement, Sustainability, Mobility & Business Development and Vy Tog Norge. However, the agreement will be able to cover the needs of the entire group for assistance, including Vy Buss, CargoNet and Vygruppen's activities in Sweden. For these, it is not obligatory to use the framework agreement.
• The framework agreement is expected to cover the following service areas:
1. Streamlining and process improvement
2. Reorganisation and transformation
3. Organisation development
4. Goal setting and performance management
5. Innovation, business and product development (commercial, not technical)
6. Analysis and implementation of sustainability measures
7. Analysis of markets, framework conditions and trends
8. Other strategic project support, including support for tender work
