The object of the order is delivery of 8 pieces (1 pc. MAXI, 5 pcs MIDI, 2 pcs MINI) factory new low-emission buses equipped with a DIESEL engine meeting the minimum EURO VI standard” as part of the task “Purchase of low-carbon rolling stock for public transport for the Municipalities of the Municipality of the Municipality of the Plock Region”, co-financed with the Government Fund of Poland Pret. Strategic Investment Program.

Public procurement proceedings shall be carried out in an unlimited invitation to tender.

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure'.

The Contracting Authority conducted a preliminary market consultation before the initiation of the procedure.

The scope of the order also includes:

- delivery along with buses of technical and operational documentation,

- conducting driver training and maintenance in terms of use, inspections, repairs and operation of buses,

The Ordering Party requires that buses are tailored for use by all users taking into account accessibility requirements for disabled persons.
