The contract concerns the three-year scheduled and on-call maintenance service on the primary and secondary sewerage networks (white, black, greasy water) and related systems to be performed by combined jet purging at the Airport "L. Da Vinci" of Fiumicino.

The contract concerns the scheduled and on-call maintenance service on the primary and secondary sewerage networks (white, black, greasy water) and related systems to be performed by combined jet purging at the Airport "L. Da Vinci" of Fiumicino.

The total three-year amount of the contract amounts to € 1,535,161.16 as follows:

a. € 680,000.00 as a three-year amount "per body", subject to reduction, for the ordinary and scheduled maintenance service;

b. € 845.00,00 as a maximum three-year amount "to measure" available to the Customer for interventions on request and on call, subject to reduction (without prejudice to the maximum amount available, only price lists are subject to reduction)

c. € 10,161.16 as a three-year "tailor-made" compensation, not subject to reduction, for interference security charges from DUVRI.

Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16, of the Procurement Code, the amounts referred to in letters a. and b. above include labor costs that the contracting authority has estimated at a total of € 926,141.00.

With reference to the methods of accounting and payment of the amounts mentioned above, please refer to the provisions of the additional tender documents (i.e. Special Tender Specifications below for the sake of brevity CSA, etc.).

The contract cannot be divided into lots pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments due to the need of the contracting authority to ensure an integrated management of self-purging services at Fiumicino Airport. In addition, the managed black water and white water networks identify a single infrastructure system at the plant level for which it would be difficult to identify distinct limits and perimetry on several lots.
