This contract covers the supply of foodstuffs, kitchen management support services and meal production and order production management software for the "Les Jolis Bois" nursing home.

The duration of the basic contract is spread over a period of 18 months from 01/07/2023 to 31/12/2024. Two tacit annual renewals are planned respectively from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025 and from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026.

A visit of the premises is mandatory under penalty of nullity of the offer. The terms and conditions are set out in the specifications of this contract.
