Framework agreement for the rehabilitation of public buildings and equipment on the territory of the shareholder authorities of the SPL

This consultation is reserved for a specific occupation and is directed to a project management team formed alone or in a group, with the following minimum skills and qualifications: Architect; Structural Design Office; Fluid, Thermal Design Office; HQE Design Office; Acoustic Design Office; Specialist accessibility; Construction economist; O.P.C. Other skills may be sought when the need arises. The agent may, in each subsequent contract, declare a specialized subcontractor (bet vrd for peripheral installations, surveyors...). Applicants are allowed to present other competencies, either in co-contracting or subcontracting.
