The technical services of the municipality of Laukaa requests your unit-priced offer (€/lane kilometre and €/hour) for winter maintenance work in street areas controlled by the municipality of Laukaa for the period 1.10.2023-31.5.2025. The agreement can be extended for the winter seasons 1.10.2025-31.5.2027.

The sites are located in the built-up areas of Laukaan Kirkonvillage, Vihtavuori, Leppävesi and Lievestuoree.

Winter maintenance work includes:

Plowing.

Anti-slipperiness.

Slush removal.

Snow handling, local transfers and dumping.

Snow loading and transportation.

Maintenance of the drainage system and prevention of nuisances.

Maintenance of underpasses.

Washing the road and pedestrian and pedestrian route.

Removal of the pole and, in connection with it, cleaning of plot connections.

Contractors are required to consult the working areas before the deadline for asking questions expires.

Special prices are requested excluding VAT €/lane kilometre and €/hour.

The number of kilometres and hours of streets reported in the contract programme are estimated. The Customer does not commit to the stated amounts.

The selection criteria for bidders are the lowest prices. The tenderer must meet the requirements set out in the invitation to tender and its annexes and undertake to comply with the conditions laid down for the work and equipment in order to submit a tender.

The procurement complies with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts 1397/2016.

The estimated value of the procurement during the contract period exceeds the EU threshold value for service procurement, and competitive tendering is carried out as an open procedure.

Finnish is used in all procurement-related transactions.
