Description:
Mission of transition manager / provision of a transition manager

The CPAS of Schaerbeek wishes to call upon the services of a manager, transitional for a temporary mission, in order to supervise the daily management of the Department of Social Action (DAS) and the Middle Office Department (DMO), whose departments are currently absent, and undertake the actions necessary for the effective establishment of a new organizational scheme. This involves supervising around 270 people.

- ensure the daily management of two departments (DAS and DMO) and optimize the fluidity of the file process between the DAS and the DMO;

- create the conditions for the success of the teams for which he is responsible in order to significantly contribute to the missions of the CPAS of Schaerbeek;

- restore a serene working climate within the teams and intervene in this situation of major change and management of transitions;

- put everything in place to resolve the crisis and organize a transition to the successor.
