The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the needs of the City of Suwałki, organizational units of the City of Suwałki and other Suwałki entities, as well as the Municipality of Raczki and organizational units of the Municipality of Raczki in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 is: 22.259.206 MWh.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the needs of the City of Suwałki, organizational units of the City of Suwałki and other Suwałki entities, as well as the Municipality of Raczki and organizational units of the Municipality of Raczki in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 is: 22.259.206 MWh.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The model contract contains Annex 3 to the SWZ together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney).

3. The description of the subject of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the contract is standardized – it will be implemented identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it), all life cycle costs – margin, conventional energy costs, costs of property rights and excise duty are taken into account. Apart from the above-mentioned costs, the Ordering Party does not provide for other costs of electricity supply.
