The object of this purchase is orthodontic measures (hereinafter referred to as "goods"). The list of goods and the requirements for them are set out in Annex 3 "Technical specification" to the tendering specifications. The purchase is divided into 2 (two) parts. The supplier may submit a tender for one or both lots, but must offer all the goods and the quantity specified in the separate tranche.

The quantities of goods purchased are determined by indicating the maximum amount of funds that are planned to be allocated for the purchase of the specified goods - EUR 41776.7 excluding VAT. The quantities of goods purchased during the performance of the procurement contract, as well as the price of the purchase contract that the contracting authority will have to pay to the supplier, depend on the actual orders, i.e. the quantities of goods purchased may not exceed the maximum amount of funds to be allocated, and the contracting authority may redeem the goods for a smaller amount.
