For the entire construction period of the CAF M7 vehicles, GVB Activa BV is looking for technical advisors who, on behalf of GVB, design quality control and must also carry out quality checks during the production process at CAF in Spain and, incidentally, in Amsterdam after delivery. The technical advisors are directed by and report to the Technical Manager of the M7 project team.

The work consists of the main points

• Assessing and supervising the quality management system

• Performing quality audits

• Conducting quality controls within the CAF production facilities

• Conducting quality checks at suppliers to CAF

• Supervising final deliveries before delivery (FAT)

• Supervising decreases at GVB locations (follow-up from FAT and / or modifications)

The purpose of this assignment is to be able to meet the need for quality control and quality controls during the production of the new GVB metro vehicles, the M7 series. GVB wants to do this by entering into an agreement with one party for the performance of this service. The commencement date of the new agreement is scheduled for 1-7-2019 at the latest and will continue until the Contractor has completed the assignment (delivery date of the last CAF M7 metro vehicle.
