The Municipality of Groningen holds a tender in accordance with the European public procedure to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 contractors for the project: "52-2022 Area-oriented contract Wijkvernieuwing Selwerd".

The (maximum) five (5) tenderers who rank in positions 1 to 5 on the basis of the best value for money shall be eligible for the award of the framework agreement. Further assignments mainly consist of Civil Engineering work in the context of District Renewal Selwerd in combination with the construction of heat pipes of WarmteStad. These are set out via mini-competition at the 5 contracted companies.

The tenderer with the best price-quality ratio (first position) is also eligible for simultaneous award of the first partial contract (specifications 59-2021 Selwerd-Zuid Redevelopment)
