The software mentioned is essential to ensure the continuity of delivery of the health activities of the ASST and requires technical assistance and maintenance.
The bidding company must have exclusive ownership of the source code of the Armonia, Fraseggio, Concerto, Sparti, Farmasafe, Isolabella software and their associated modules, including the relevant integrations.

- Assistance and maintenance service for the application software for the management of Pharmacological Therapy: Farmasafe
- Assistance and maintenance service for Adt application software and Operative Report: Isolabella
- Platinum support for Concerto LIS application software
- Evolutionary maintenance service including the adaptation of clinical software to the CRS-SISS Lombardy project
- Professional Technical Application Services expressed in: 50 days per year for on-site Application Specialist activities + 50 days per year for on-site Application Specialist activities
- Professional Project/Program Management services expressed in 20 days per year.
Clauses:
In the event of dismissal of one or more application solutions, it is possible to withdraw from the contract, in whole or in part, without penalty, with 6 months' notice to the counterparty, referring to the analytical list of the economic offer.
The quotation of the evolutionary maintenance activities, which implies the use of the Professional Services days, must be received within 5 working days of the request and the planning and release of the subject of the request must be received within a maximum of 45 calendar days from the validation of the estimate of the offer.
