Development of construction, executive and technical designs, on the basis of the attached functional and utility program, obtaining all legally required arrangements, permits and permits, and then performing construction works on this basis, consisting in the extension and reconstruction of Wolborska Street and Rakowska Street in Piotrków Trybunalski.

1. The object of the order is:

Development of construction, executive and technical designs, on the basis of the attached functional and utility program, obtaining all legally required arrangements, permits and permits, and then performing construction works on this basis, consisting in the extension and reconstruction of Wolborska Street and Rakowska Street in Piotrków Trybunalski.

The scope of works includes:

replacement of the road surface structure along Wolborska Street;

replacement of the road surface structure along Rakowska Street;

construction of sidewalks for pedestrians along Wolborska Street and Rakowska Street;

construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes along Wolborska Street and Rakowska Street;

construction of a four-inlet roundabout at the Wolborska – Rakowska intersection;

reconstruction of intersections with roads of lower classes;

reconstruction of the car park along Rakowska Street,

construction of an additional car park along Rakowska Street;

construction of parking spaces along Wolborska Street;

reconstruction of Litewski Square in terms of replacement of the surface structure;

reconstruction (correction) of the T. Pecolta Roundabout;

reconstruction and construction of public exits;

reconstruction of individual exits;

construction of bus bays along Wolborska Street with platforms;

construction of platforms at bus stops located next to the roadway;

reconstruction of the existing bus terminus at Rakowska Street;

reconstruction of the existing National Armed Forces Roundabout into a turbine roundabout;

construction of storm water drainage;

elimination of collisions with underground and above-ground infrastructure and securing the network for the duration of works;

construction of pedestrian crossing lights;

construction of street lighting;

construction of a technological channel;

construction and reconstruction of the sanitary sewage system with connections in the road lane,

reconstruction of the water supply network with connections in the road lane;

reconstruction and protection of the following networks interfering with the investment: electricity (including street lighting), teletechnical, water supply, gas and sanitary sewage system;

felling of trees to the extent necessary;

establishment of green areas – compensatory plantings, lawns, shrubs, etc.;

assembly of elements of small architecture;

tidying up the terrain;

implementation of vertical and horizontal markings;

performing the necessary tests, measurements, tests and inspections with a camera.

The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in each standard, technical assessment, approval, technical specification, system of technical references. An economic operator who refers to solutions equivalent to those described in these documents is obliged to prove that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree.

The Contracting Authority requires that the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law used in the performance of this task is at least 10%, in accordance with Article 68 paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 36a of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.

The contracting authority reserves the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e. road works (bituminous surfaces, paving works).
