The purpose of this dialogue-oriented tender is to conclude an agreement with several contractors per plot/municipality for the implementation of Household Support in the municipalities of Twente.

The Household Support is a challenging assignment in which we want to look for solutions to the ambitions / challenges together with providers during the tender. It is therefore our ambition, together with a selection of providers, to (definitively) shape the execution conditions of the assignment. In order to shape this cooperation into a tender, we follow a dialogue-oriented tender procedure.

The contract is put out to tender on the basis of the 'Social and other specific services' as described in Articles 2.6a, 2.38 and 2.39 of the Public Procurement Act 2012.

The effective date of the final framework agreement(s) are set for 1 January 2024. The expected term is a maximum of 8 years.
