The subject of the contract is to grant a loan for repayment of previously incurred liabilities in the amount of PLN 3,836,260.54.

The Ordering Party reserves that the credit may be used in any amounts, dates and tranches on the basis of the Ordering Party's payment instruction until December 29, 2023.

The first installment of the loan will be repaid by March 31, 2024. The last principal installment will be repaid by 31 December 2035.

The subject of the contract is to grant a loan for repayment of previously incurred liabilities in the amount of PLN 3,836,260.54. The amount of interest on the loan should be provided based on the WIBOR 3M interest rate in force on 16 June 2023 plus the margin of the bank granting the loan in question (if the WIBOR rate has not been quoted on a given day, WIBOR applies from the day preceding the last quotation). For the purpose of determining the offer price, it is assumed that the loan will be activated in full on 15/09/2023. This date is given only for the purpose of calculating the offer price.

The Ordering Party reserves that the credit may be used in any amounts, dates and tranches on the basis of the Ordering Party's payment instruction until December 29, 2023.

The Ordering Party has the right to use the credit in a lower amount without incurring additional costs.

The loan agreement must contain a grace period for loan repayment by March 30, 2024. The loan will be repaid in quarterly installments until the end of each quarter. The first installment of the loan will be repaid by March 31, 2024.

The amount of capital installments will be:

in 2024 – 4 installments of PLN 37,500 each; in 2025. – 4 installments of PLN 37,500 each; in 2026 – 4 installments of PLN 62,500 each; in 2027 - 4 installments of PLN 62,500, in 2028 - 4 installments of PLN 62,500; in 2029 - 4 installments of PLN 62,500 each; 2030 - 4 installments of PLN 62,500 each; 2031 - 4 installments of PLN 62,500 each; in 2032 - 4 installments of PLN 25,000, in 2033 - 4 installments of PLN 125,000, in 2034 4 installments of PLN 125,000; In 2035, 3 installments of PLN 234,065.14 and the last installment of PLN 234,065.12.

The last principal installment will be repaid by 31 December 2035. Interest will be calculated on the actual credit debt and repaid quarterly by the 10th day of the month following the quarter. The first interest payment will be made by October 10, 2023. Interest on the last installment of the loan will be repaid on the repayment date of the last capital installment.

The contracting authority defines as a form of securing the repayment of the loan a blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration without the countersignature of the treasurer.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to repay the loan early without incurring any additional costs.

The Ordering Party stipulates that in the event of early repayment of the loan, interest will be calculated until the loan repayment date and not until the end of the contract without a compensation commission.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the loan period and to change the amount of capital installments during the loan repayment period depending on the financial condition of the Municipality.

The customer reserves the right to convert the loan free of charge in the event of Polish entering the euro area.
