Description:

Framework Agreement of four lots for All-Trades reactive maintenance work covering three RSLs with similar housing stock, primarily elderly care but also general needs. The requirement is divided into four location strategic lots.


Responsive Repairs, Void Property Works and Out of Hours Emergency Works: Central Scotland

Day to day responsive repairs, void property works and Out of Hours Emergency Works.

2 contractors will be appointed to each lot. Works will only be placed with the second placed contractor in the event of non performance by the first placed contractor.The first placed successful contractor will be required to provide an integrated IT system with all 3 Employers prior to contract commencements.


Responsive Repairs, Void Property Works and Out of Hours Emergency Works: Glasgow East

Day to day responsive repairs, void property works and Out of Hours Emergency Works.

Two contractors will be appointed to each lot. Works will only be placed with the second placed contractor in the event of non performance by the first placed contractor. The first placed contractor will be required to provide an integrated IT system with all three Employers prior to the contract commencement.
