Difi invites tenderers to a tender contest for the development of several eLearning courses for managers in the government.
The aim is to give managers in the government competence and skills to fulfil their role, exploit their leeway and meet concrete challenges in their everyday life as a manager. The procurement shall contribute to Difi developing several eLearning courses on management themes and thus building up a portfolio of digital learning measures for managers in the government in an efficient way.
Tenderers are asked to submit a concrete system proposal for an eLearning course in ‘change management’. The course's structure/design/software shall be reusable in the further production of eLearning courses on other themes. The eLearning courses shall last for 30 minutes, a flexible, varied and motivating learning design.
Tenderers are invited to hold a tender presentation of 40 minutes in our premises at Grev Wedels plass 9, based on the submitted system proposal. The dates that have been put aside for these presentations are 29 and 30 September.
Contract
The contract will be regulated by SSA-T (development and adaptation contract).
The contract is for the development and production of 2 concrete eLearning courses on the themes ‘Change Management’ and ‘Handling Conflict’. The contract includes a further option for the development and production of up to 6 further eLearning courses.
The eLearning course in change management shall be launched in May 2017 and the eLearning course on handling conflict shall be launched in October 2017 at the latest.
We intend to start the development of further eLearning courses continually.
