No. 202100-2270), the nature conservation unit, hereby invites you to submit an application that aims to be connected to a dynamic purchasing system regarding "Fence for grazing animals in protected areas and other nature conservation areas in Östergötland County".
A dynamic purchasing system works as if the company joins the dynamic purchasing system. This means that you have the opportunity to be hired for assignments by the County Administrative Board. Prior to each assignment / contract, all companies will be invited to submit a tender. The company that provides the most favorable price will receive the assignment / contract. As the county of Östergötland is large and the scope of assignments may vary in size, the County Administrative Board wishes companies of different sizes to join. Thus, the company does not have the capacity to carry out assignments in the entire county of Östergötland or throughout the year. Since the system of dynamic purchasing system will be used, this means that companies can join for the duration of its validity.

General description and purpose
The purpose of the procurement is to meet the need for competent labor that effectively fences for grazing animals in protected areas throughout the county of Östergötland.
The County Administrative Board of Östergötland is responsible for the management of most of the county's approximately 260 nature reserves, about 200 other protected areas and 140 Natura 2000 areas that are not nature reserves. In order for the natural and cultural values in the areas to be maintained and developed, in many cases, they must be grazed to maintain their claim.
