The procurement concerns the maintenance and development of the traffic management and traffic light telecommunications network (KVT network) of the City of Oulu, North Ostrobothnia and Kainuu in 2023-2025 (2027). The service agreement includes the maintenance and development of a package covering approximately 600 network devices to the extent specified in the contract documents.

The procurement seeks one (1) supplier with overall responsibility to deliver expert services and a network monitoring solution in accordance with the invitation to tender and its appendices.

The service agreement includes the possibility of a two (2) year option.

The acquisition seeks one (1) total responsible supplier to provide professional services and a network monitoring solution in accordance with the call for tenders and its annexes.

The total service consists of the start of the service (orientation), continuous service and separately agreed development projects.

The service agreement includes the possibility of a two (2) year option.
