Helgeland Kraft AS would like to establish a long term framework agreement for excavating contractor services related to our activities. The assignments will vary in both extent and nature/content and will be spread all over Helgeland. The framework agreement is divided into geographical zones and tenders can be submitted for all or individual zones. Helgeland Kraft will assess whether it is expedient to establish a contract with one or several suppliers within each zone, in order to maintain stand-by and capacity/availability.
