Description:
Reception, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of property residing in the municipality Bełżyce and from PSZOK

The order includes: Task no. 1: Reception, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of property residing in the municipality Bełżyce

Task no 2: Reception, transport and management of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Point of Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK).

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the service consisting in: receiving municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from properties located in the Municipality of Bełżyce, where residents live and transport and management of waste received from the above property and from Punku Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, located in Bełżyce, 26 Przemysław Street, for the municipal installation indicated by the Contractor in the offer, to which he will be obliged to transfer all received municipal waste from property owners from the territory of the municipality Bełżyce.

2. The Contracting Party shall not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders - the detailed justification is contained in the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the grounds of exclusion referred to in Article 108 (1) of the Act on 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110 as amended).
