Information for Contractors
(a) The average amount of waste transferred for recovery during 2021 is approximately 2000 Mg/month,
(b) The waste shall be transmitted in unironed form (in bulk),
(c) Receipt of waste will be confirmed by waste transfer cards,
(d) Waste transferred for development shall be transported by the Contractor at his expense. The settlement of waste will take place on the basis of a legalised freight weight located at the Contracting Authority in Waste Management Plant in Wardyń Górny,
(e) At the time of transfer of the waste by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor, the Contractor shall assume responsibility for the waste seized, for the proper handling of it and for the consequences thereof,
(f) The load of waste shall be carried out with the equipment of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor shall be obliged to provide a container or other equipment adapted for the receipt of this type of waste,
(g) The Contracting Authority does not have an authorisation for cross-border movements of waste at the time of the announcement of the procedure,
(h) The Contractor shall be obliged to:
familiarize yourself, before proceeding with the subject of the order, with the health and safety regulations applicable to the facility,
receipt of waste on an ongoing basis, from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 15.00, in exceptional situations justified by circumstances, the collection of waste outside the above time interval shall be permitted, after prior fixing of the time of receipt with the representative of the Contracting Authority,
receipt from the Contracting Authority at least 80 Mg of waste per day
in the event of the Contracting Authority preparing more waste, the Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor of this fact in advance of a day (calendar day), indicating the amount of waste. In such a situation, the Contractor shall make receipt no later than 3 calendar days from the date of the notice.
