The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide staff recruitment assistance for CY Cergy Paris Université. The purpose of the contract is to delegate to a recruitment agency the entire recruitment process, whether it uses traditional methods (by internet and/or press advertising) or direct and personalized search methods (known as "headhunting" for very specific profiles: executives, "sharp" professionals, rare skills or managers, or contexts of professions in tension). In this approach, the objectives are: - Optimization of the search for targeted candidates from a job offer; - the identification and selection of candidates with skills, aptitudes and potentials adapted to the profile sought and the professional environment in which they will evolve;- the control of recruitment deadlines so as not to weaken the organization of operational services;- the designation of a single interlocutor for each operation
