Implementation of training activities abroad (“treatment”), in favor of up to 25 recipients of the program, as described in detail in the technical specifications of the tender. Business training abroad ('treatment') is divided into the two phases described below corresponding to the two adjudication lots:

— lot 1 — phase A: development of entrepreneurial skills. The full training immersion, inserted in a stimulating business environment with a high rate of innovation and entrepreneurship, will be accompanied by a practical path of participatory observation,

— lot 2 — phase B: development of the entrepreneurial project.

Participants will be guided in the development of a professional and detailed “business plan” and will be trained on managing the growth of the company after the initial phase, from an organizational point of view and financial. This path will take place at accredited institutions or structures of recognized international prestige.

The full training immersion, inserted in a stimulating business environment with a high rate of innovation and entrepreneurship, will be accompanied by a practical path of participatory observation that will allow to focus and better elaborate the business idea, to identify more precisely the product or service that is intended to offer and to frame the steps to follow for initial development.
