The contract includes:

Evolution and maintenance of software applications, including;

Change management support, including;

Management of the SUAPEE information system, including;

Additional services, similar to the previous ones, that the Administration deemed necessary to meet additional needs as a result of legislative, procedural and technological innovations;

I take over from the previous Supplier in the provision of the services provided for in the special descriptive and performance specifications.

The contract shall have as its object:

1. Evolution and maintenance of software applications, including:

1.a. Evolution of existing software components;

1.b. Adequate maintenance of software component configurations.

2. Change management support, including:

2.a. Communication;

2.b. Specialist support;

2.c. Help-desks;

2.d. Support to the Administration for the protection of personal data.

3. Management of the SUAPEE information system, including:

3.a. SUAPEE platform monitoring;

3.b. Updating the basic software;

3.c. Operational management of hardware systems, software applications and databases.

4. Additional services, similar to the previous ones, that the Administration deemed necessary to meet additional needs as a result of legislative, procedural and technological innovations.

5. I take over from the previous Supplier in the provision of the services provided for in the special descriptive and performance specifications.
