To equip the new INES Smart Grids platform under construction at Bourget-du-Lac in Savoie (France), the CEA wishes to acquire bidirectional programmable DC power supplies (reinjection possible), for the simulation of DC generators of different types (PV, batteries, fuel cells, etc.). The CEA will need maximum flexibility and modularity. The power supplies will therefore be integrated in mobile 42U racks whose power will be between 120 and 240 kW. They will make it possible to operate according to the four control modes defined in the specifications, including a PHIL mode. They can be used independently or connected in parallel to increase the power of simulations. The invitation to tender concerns the supply of five racks for the year 2020 in firm phase, three optional optional racks for the year 2021, liquid cooling and an output voltage of 2,000 VDC in optional options .
