The Department of Marine Sciences at the University of Gothenburg is in need of operating technicians with skills and experience in the maintenance and care of a Kongsberg AUV (autonomous underwater vehicle).
The University of Gothenburg's Marine Infrastructure owns and operates an AUV (autonomous underwater vehicle, https://www.gu.se/skagerak/auv-autonom-undervattensfarkost). For staffing on longer expeditions, work during operation and maintenance, as well as storage of AUV and peripheral equipment (including containers), we wish to sign an agreement with an external supplier. With this procurement, the University of Gothenburg intends to sign a contract for 4 years through a framework agreement, with a marine technology company that can take responsibility for the needs described above.

Behovsbeskrivning
In order to meet the university's need for qualified marine technical expertise, we wish to establish an agreement with an organization with experience of operations with AUV and other marine technical equipment. Operations with the university's AUV include expeditions at sea on the university's own ships as well as those of other organizations, as well as tests and training. For a complete description and specification of the requirements for the assignment, see section 3.
Agreement
With this procurement, the University of Gothenburg intends to sign a contract for 4 years through a framework agreement, with a marine technology company that can take responsibility for the needs described above.
