The object of the contract is the establishment and operation of sixteen educational groups of coexistence, in women and men's regimes, for the execution of the judicial measure “coexistence with educational group”, imposed on the juvenile offending population by the juvenile courts, and which is carried out in the open environment, always under protection of Organic Law 5/2000 of 12 January, regulating the criminal responsibility of minors.
