The aim of the assignment is to select a tenderer for the implementation of and support / change management on shared IT services for probably 140 workplaces / 160 users and different meeting rooms in Welzijnscampus 2 (Albrecht Rodenbachstraat 20, 3500 Hasselt). Various organizations with a social purpose will start using office space at this address from January 1, 2020. 5 different shared services will be provided that together realize the basic infrastructure:
• Shared IT service LAN: an IP network via the existing outlets in the building
• Shared ICT service WIFI: a WIFI network for data including the necessary cabling work in order to achieve full coverage in all office spaces and meeting rooms
• Shared ICT service internet: a virtual internet line controlled by organization based on internet via INFRAX
• Shared IT service telephony: VOIP telephony including IP telephone, telephony application and numbers with the INFRAX telephony operator
• Shared IT service server: housing your own servers in a professional data center or virtual servers on a shared physical server in a professional data center (This is not the data center of Infrax, but a data center that the contractor chooses. Infrax can link with different commercial data centers.)
The tenderer will be the Single-Point-Of-Contact for the support on the shared IT services and the change management of the shared IT services.
Be outside the scope of the government contract
• Customized configurations on the generic infrastructure: within the framework of the generic infrastructure, every organization can perform certain custom configurations such as managing user authorizations on the WIFI network and connecting and managing print, copy and scan devices
• Purchase, installation and maintenance of operating systems on the virtual servers
• Purchase, installation and maintenance of applications and databases on the virtual servers
• Purchase, installation and maintenance of collaboration platforms such as Office365 and Google Apps
• Purchase, installation and maintenance of end user devices (PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet, headset, etc.) with the exception of VOIP telephones
