The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive supply consisting in the sale and distribution of high-methane natural gas at a pressure not lower than 1.8 kPa for the needs of the facilities of the University of Justice with its registered office in Warsaw (02-520) at 50 Wiśniowa Street, in accordance with the principles set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and in the implementing acts issued on its basis. The forecast natural gas consumption during the term of the contract is: 5,261,228 kWh, including: 5,203,377 kWh in tariff group BW-5 and 57,851 kWh in tariff group B-3.6. Collection points are located in Kalisz: Wrocławska 193-195 and Łódzka 2.
