Conclusion of a framework contract for the distribution service of an existing "Indirect Dealer" contract with Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland GmbH.

The AG operates as a service provider for external customers and for their own use telecommunications systems consisting of the product portfolio of Alcatel-Lucent Germany GmbH.

Due to the existing system environment, there is a contractual relationship between the AG and Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland GmbH as "Indirect dealer". This agreement covers hardware, software and service provided by Alcatel-Lucent. We intend to conclude an agreement for 2 years with the option of an extension for 2 years.

The stated service volume is based on experience of the past years and forms the basis of the planned contract period. The specified volume does not oblige the client to accept.
