1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the delivery and installation of equipment on the playgrounds in the Municipality of Stawiguda.
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) Task 1 (5.1.A) - work related to the construction of the playground — the execution of the panel fence and the delivery and installation of equipment. Playground located at the junction of Olsztyńska and Dębowa streets (d. 170/96).
2) Task 2 (8.3.A) — delivery and installation of equipment to the playground at the Municipal Kindergarten in Bartąg. The playground is located on the day. No 29/1 of Bartąg
3) Assignment 3 (10.1.A) — delivery and installation of equipment to the playground on the beach in Swap
3. Detailed scope is indicated in SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract includes:
1) Task 1 (5.1.A) - work related to the construction of the playground — the execution of the panel fence and the delivery and installation of equipment. Playground located at the junction of Olsztyńska and Dębowa streets (d. 170/96). Devices provided for installation:
installation of the panel fence -133 mb.
installation of the entrance gate with the wicket — 1 pc.
mounting bench-table — 1 pc.
mounting sandbox- 1 pc.
assembly of a set with a tower and a slide — 1 pc.
assembly of the swing by weight — 1 pc.
installation of swinging double- 1 pcs.
assembly of the spring - horse — 1 pc.
spring assembly — scooter — 1 pc.
2) Task 2 (8.3.A) — delivery and installation of equipment to the playground at the Municipal Kindergarten in Bartąg. The playground is located on the day. No 29/1 within Bartąg. Devices provided on the playground:
portable basketball set — two baskets — 1 set.
outdoor foosball — 1 set.
pyramid with spheres — 1 set.
balancing ball — 2 set.
pipe bells 11 pieces — 1 set
reels 2 pcs. — 1 set
lira 8 ringtones — 1 set
water wall — 1 set
mini excavator — 1 set.
Playset with sand and water — 1 set.
Lunet/periscope — 1 set.
sunsail (poles + cover) — 1 set.
3) Assignment 3 (10.1.A) — delivery and installation of equipment to the playground on the beach in the town of Swap. Devices provided on the playground:
swing — 1 pc.
climbing set — 1 pc
4. The Ordering Party informs that Task 2 (8.3.A) will be carried out after the execution of construction works involving the development of the land at the Municipal Kindergarten in Bartąg Part 4 of the procedure (https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/561384). The date of completion of works involving land development at the Municipal Kindergarten in Bartąg — 5 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in SWZ and Annex 5 to SWZ - technical documentation. 6. The scope of the subject of the order also includes:
1) Execution of preparatory works,
2) Organisations of the work site,
3) Execution of all works, in accordance with the technical documentation and other works necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract,
4) Ordering the site of work,
