This contract consists of the conclusion of a framework agreement and, subsequently, of subsequent contracts for the long-term lease (operational leasing), without option to purchase, of vehicles for the benefit of SBGE (subject to payment a monthly rent).
The purpose of the framework agreement is to appoint three tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see point I.12.1) of the tender specifications).
In each subsequent contract, these three economic operators will be put back into competition on the basis of award criteria specific to the subsequent contracts (see point I.12.2) of the tender specifications).
This public contract covers the leasing of vehicles required by the SBGE.
SBGE's current fleet is 23 vehicles:
- 20 company vehicles,
- 1 service vehicle type MPV,
- 2 commercial vehicles (license B).
During this contract, 16 of the 20 company vehicles and the MPV service vehicle will in principle be renewed.
This public contract covers the leasing of vehicles required by the SBGE.
SBGE's current fleet is 23 vehicles:
- 20 company vehicles,
- 1 service vehicle type MPV,
- 2 commercial vehicles (license B).
During this contract, the two commercial vehicles (license B) will in principle be renewed.
