The object of the order is the preparation, packaging and delivery in accordance with the description of the object of the order, contained in the price form of Annex 2 to SWZ, 3950 parcels for children of employees of Post Polska S.A., operated by social commissions operating on the Pionu Region Human capital in Poznan, including:

— 700 Category A packs,

— 200 Category B packs,

— 3,050 Category C packs.

1. The Contractor shall make and deliver packages by his own transport directly to the places indicated in Annex No 1 to the draft contract.

2. The Contractor shall ensure adequate carriage of products that protect them from spoiling and distortion due to action e.g. high temperature.

3. Food products should be characterized by high quality, their date for consumption must be at least 3 months from the date of delivery of packages by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority, they must have aesthetic and durable packaging. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of packaging products with festive themes.

4. The packaging of a single pack should be made of colored cardboard with a Christmas theme covering 90% of the box area, with dimensions adjusted to the quantity and weight of the package range. Whereas the package of a category A package must be different from the package package of category B. Packages of Category C may have the same pattern as the package of Category A or B. Packages should be collectively packaged at the Contractor's discretion in cartons, pallets, films enabling their efficient logistics, and should be addressed in accordance with the quantitative list constituting Annex No 1 to the draft contract provided by the Contracting Authority.

The costs of the packaging shall be borne by the Contractor.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not allow chocolate-like products and in replacement packs.

6. Offering equivalent products:

1) Due to the purpose of the object of the contract, the nature of the circumstances and the specifics of the contract (the assortment included in the package is the goods purchased under the social fund as parcels intended for the children of workers employed in the organizational units of the Ordering Party) in Annex 2 to SWZ, the trade names of the products that the Ordering Party wishes to receive are indicated.

Based on the discernment carried out by the Ordering Party, it was found that the products indicated by name constitute preferences and tastes of children, and at the same time these products have the desired quality and great taste qualities, therefore this range is the content of the package.

2) In accordance with Article 99 (5) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting an equivalent offer. In view of the purpose of the ordered range, the Ordering Party shall indicate in Annex 2 to SWZ the trade names of the products it wishes to receive. The composition of the assortment offered should be in accordance with the composition of the required assortment indicated in col 4 of Annex No 2 to SWZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to indicate the names of these products in Col. 5 of Annex No 2 to the SWZ and attach, together with the offer, their detailed specification specifying the parameters to the extent specified by the Contracting Authority in Col. 4 and the required weight specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
