The purpose of this contract notice is to define the conditions of the consultation relating to the provision of assistance to the contracting authority concerning the project to replace the TR 612 225 KV/15 KV Transformer. This project is divided into three phases:
Phase 1: Consultation to choose the equipment
Phase 2: Equipment Construction and Factory Acceptance
Phase 3: Preparing for the arrival of the new transformer
- Removal of the old transformer (concrete, electricity and handling)
- Preparation of the reception of the new transformer (concrete, electricity)
- Connection and testing of the new transformer (electricity and automation).
The Services consist mainly of entrusting a project management assistance mission necessary for the successful completion of the TR 612 225 KV/15 KV Transformer replacement project, particularly in terms of:
- HVA/HVB electricity,
- Replacement of an HV/HV transformer,
- Automation / Control / Command,
- Concrete structure.
They include the services of the firm tranche, the optional tranche and the services on estimate.
The Services due under this contract include the following services:
- Firm tranche benefits:
o Phase 1: support in the consultation phase for the new processor
o Phase 2: Support for the CEA in exchanges with the equipment manufacturer during the construction and more particularly during the acceptance phases (including on site).
- Optional tranche services: Phase 3 - support from the CEA for the 3 stages of phase 3, including consultations with third parties and coordination of third party services for phase 3.
- Services on estimate, up to 10% of the total amount of the contract.
