1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the following services: a) installation and disassembly of anti-burglary window and door protective panels without interfering with window and door joinery in premises and buildings managed or secured by KZGM in Katowice, in order to protect them against burglary, devastation, presence of outsiders, repair of damaged elements of the window and door security system with anti-burglary protective panels, as well as constant supervision over this system together with necessary intervention in the event of irregularities in its functioning, b) additional protection of premises and buildings managed or secured by KZGM in Katowice, an electronic alarm system (with its own power supply), allowing for 24-hour monitoring of selected facilities (by the Ordering Party) along with the arrival of an intervention patrol to the facility for each burglary signal.
1. The work shall consist in particular in:
a) providing anti-burglary window and door protective panels with their own transport to the place of installation,
b) proper installation of anti-burglary window and door protective panels on the facility within 12 hours from the moment of receiving the order,
c) installation/disassembly of anti-burglary window and door protective panels in the event of an emergency or other situation that could not have been predicted in advance (e.g. fire, construction disaster), without delay, not longer than 4 hours from receiving a telephone notification from the Ordering Party's representative,
d) weekly inspection of the technical condition of the security and preparation of the "Report on the state of security", and in the event of irregularities (including burglary) or at the request of the Ordering Party, immediate transmission by e-mail of the "Report ..." together with photographic documentation regarding irregularities to the locally competent Building Operation Department,
e) repair or replacement of elements damaged as a result of devastation or burglary attempts within 12 hours from the moment of receipt of the order,
f) dismantling the security in accordance with the Ordering Party's instructions within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the order,
g) notifying the competent Head of the Building Operation Department or a person authorized by him by phone or e-mail about the execution of each order, in accordance with the "List of persons authorized to contact the Contractor" (Annex 4 of the draft provisions of the contract),
h) securing the facilities by means of an electronic alarm system with its own power supply together with the intervention crew approaching the facility for each intrusion signal within 10 minutes of the signal occurring,
i) maintaining the confidentiality of all information that affects the security situation and the manner of performance of the contract, both during its term and after its termination,
j) ensuring e-mail contact and round-the-clock telephone contact with the Ordering Party.
2. NOTE: If the order concerns the need to secure more (more than 30 in total) window or door openings or dismantle existing security devices (more than 30 in total), the time of order execution will be individually agreed with the Contractor.
3. Monthly it is necessary to secure between 500 and about 800 window openings and between 200 and about 300 door openings and to secure 0 - about 10 objects with an electronic alarm system with its own power supply together with the intervention crew. The quantities given within each item are an estimate and may change during implementation in connection with specific decisions to secure the property. Approx. 5-10% of the given quantities are those that require assembly or disassembly of protections. To a large extent, the collateral will cover a period longer than a month.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the draft provisions of the contract together with attachments, constituting Annex 3 to these specifications.
5. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons participating in the performance of the subject of the contract on the basis of an employment contract.
