The subject of the contract is the management of ash from biomass combustion in ENEA Ciepło Sp. z o.o. Branch of Elektrociepłownia Białystok, in the period from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2023, according to the scope specified in Part 2 of the SWZ – Draft Agreement in Appendix No. 1 (Scope of work). The Contractor will be obliged to collect up to 12,000 tons of ash in moist form from biomass combustion throughout the term of the Agreement. The minimum amount of ash to be collected is 11 500 tonnes. The final amount of ash collected will depend on the water content and will result from weighing on a truck scale built in the CHP plant.

The works will be carried out in accordance with the chain specified in the Waste Act, starting from Enea Ciepło Sp. z o.o. Branch of the Białystok CHP Plant as the Waste Transfer (from the III section of the transitional slag landfill using the Contractor's tipper trucks, loaded and weighed at the Combined Heat and Power Plant) and further the Contractor as the Waste Transporter, from the CHP Plant to the place of its management, hereinafter the Contractor as the Waste Transferor, in accordance with the electronic BDO register, available at https://rejestr-bdo.mos.gov.pl/.

In order to ensure coordination of work with representatives of the Contracting entity and the Contractor, the Contractor shall appoint a responsible person who will be authorized to sign relevant protocols, official notes, participate in arrangements, coordinate work with transporters and waste takers. In the event of the absence of the designated person, another person with the above-mentioned authorizations will also be authorized.
