Design, supply, install, test and commission the electrical services throughout

The Contractor shall design, supply, install, test and commission the electrical services throughout

to provide a complete design & installation. Works shall include but shall not necessarily be limited

to the following:

• Undertake a site visit during the tender period to ascertain the full extent / scope of works.

• Modifications / minor extensions to existing lighting controls cabling to provide automatic lighting controls as detailed on the accompanying drawings

• Make Safe, Disconnect & Remove from site all Existing Fluorescent Luminaires

• New Energy Efficient LED Lighting Provisions to replace the existing fluorescent luminaires

• Builders work in connection with

• Testing and Inspection

• Labelling

• Operating and Maintenance Manuals (inclusive of As Built Drawings)

CONTRACTOR MUST MEET THE REQUIRED INSTILLATION WINDOW:
