The Contracting Authority informs that it has started the implementation of the Investment Programme under the name: "Better climate for Piastów – the city of sustainable development 2030" – hereinafter referred to as the Programme – using the ELENA financial instrument (European Local ENergy Assistance), which is used to support investments in increasing energy efficiency. In order to properly prepare, implement and settle the Investment Programme - the Contracting Authority conducts a public procurement procedure for the provision of advisory and control services in the field of substantive, technical and financial management of the Programme, in the time interval from the date of signing the contract to March 2026. The program is co-financed by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 program. The Contracting Authority conducts the Procedure in order to select the Contractor for the provision of the Programme Manager service.
