Consultation initiated by a group of orders. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each batch will be allocated separately. The purpose of this consultation is to acquire and replace tyres on vehicles in the city of Saint-Quentin, the Saint-Quentinois agglomeration community and the CCAS. Pursuant to Article L. 2172-6 of the Public Order Code, created by Law 2020-105 of 10.2.2020 on the fight against waste and the circular economy, this consultation concerns the acquisition of retreaded tires.
