The subject of the order is the purchase of motor vehicles. Vehicles must be made in accordance with applicable standards, must be free from structural, material, enforcement and legal defects, among others, and comply with the conditions referred to in the Road Traffic Law Act and implementing regulations. The vehicles offered must have an approval certificate, a certificate of conformity (EC) or an equivalent document issued by an independent body entitled to quality control, confirming that the products supplied correspond to certain standards or technical specifications, e.g. a statement manufacturer/importer of the vehicle on the basis of which the contracting authority will be entitled to register the vehicle in Poland. A detailed description of the order is contained in the order documents, in particular the Description of the subject matter of the order — OPZ, annex 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d to the Specification of the Order Terms and Conditions (SWZ).

Delivery 11 pcs. middle class passenger cars (with the right of option up to 5 pcs.), in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).

Vehicles must be made in accordance with applicable standards, must be free from design, material, regulatory and legal defects, among other things, and comply with the conditions referred to in the Traffic Law and Implementing Rules Act.

Cars manufactured in 2023, unregistered, brand new, unused, not repaired, of one brand (different models, engine versions or equipment within this brand are allowed).

The contracting authority does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Act of 11 September 2019 "Public Procurement Law" (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1711, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".
