Green area maintenance, street cleaning and winter maintenance.

The assignment essentially comprises the following activities:

a) garden maintenance,

b) maintenance of hydroponics,

c) fence system cleaning,

d) parking lot cleaning,

e) street cleaning,

f) supply of topsoil,

g) production of lawns,

h) removal of topsoil or gravel,

i) production of planting beds,

j) planting of new trees,

k) planting of new shrubs,

l) watering of plants,

m) special services,

n) material lump sum,

o) winter service.

It should be noted that approximately half of the work must be undertaken within the outer security area of the JRC Karlsruhe in compliance with the special safety regulations.
