The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, forest nurseries, maintenance of forest facilities and hunting management in LZD Siemianice in 2024.

The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest nursery as well as forest breeding and protection resulting from Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference on the premises of the Dobrygość Nursery Farm.
