Purpose of the proposed measure: New extension

The state of Lower Saxony intends to build a new extension for the Cuxhaven police inspection on the state's own building plot. The measure encompasses both a new extension for PI Cuxhaven and the renovation or conversion of the existing building.

The Cuxhaven police inspection is currently located at 4 locations. To improve the extremely cramped accommodation organization, the inspection should be brought together at one location for organizational and economic reasons.

The aim is the central accommodation of PI Cuxhaven, in the state's main building and a new addition.

Project planning for buildings: The scope of services includes Part 3, Section 1 §§ 33-35 HOAI 2013 the basic services of LPH 2 to 8.

Construction work of the state of Lower Saxony; Major new construction, renovation and expansion work, police inspection in Cuxhaven.

Allocation of planning services acc. HOAI 2013, part 3 property planning, section 1 buildings and interiors, sections 33-35 HOAI 2013, service phases 2 to 8 i. V. with RBBau Appendix VM 2/1.

Step assignment depending on compliance with the budget, the placing of the construction contract

And the provision of the necessary budget.

Division of levels:

1st performance level: performance phase 2-3,

2nd performance level: Performance phase 4-7,

3rd performance level: Performance phase 8.

Specialist plans (e.g. technical equipment and TWPL) are assigned separately.

Remuneration is based on fee zone IV for the new building and fee zone III for the conversion. A conversion surcharge of 22% is planned for the conversion.
