The subject of the contract is the modernization of the street lighting system in the Janów Lubelski Municipality, which is implemented as part of the project “Energy-saving lighting on the territory of the Janów Lubelski Municipality”.

1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the street lighting system in the Janów Lubelski Municipality, which is implemented as part of the project “Energy-saving lighting on the territory of the Janów Lubelski Municipality”.

2. The scope of the task includes:

1) Exhauling the control system from cabinets in Transformer stations

— 59 pcs. ,

2) repair of existing SO cabinets — 27 pcs. ,

3) replacement of pole posts —121 pcs. ,

4) replacement of booms on overhead line poles — 531 pcs. ,

5) replacement of booms on cable line poles —100 pcs. ,

6) painting of booms, straightening — 46 pcs. ,

7) replacement of road fixtures on overhead lines — 832 pcs. ,

8) replacement of road fixtures on cable lines — 409 pcs. ,

9) Replacement of decorative park fixtures — 419 pcs. ,

10) Replacement of floomlights — 2 pcs.

In addition, the tasks of the Contractor will be to carry out the following works:

- the notification of the intention to carry out works to the District Building Supervision Supervisor - applies to work carried out on the basis of the notification and the decision on the construction permit according to Article of the Construction Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1333),

- the maximum use of existing poles, booms and lighting network is envisaged, which is consistent with the postulate, to calculate investment needs as economically possible. It is recommended to replace the indicated luminaires, power wires from protection to the luminaire with wires in double insulation, replacement of 100% protections for the overhead network. The replacement of the booms is recommended in the event that their current length is too small and does not provide adequate retraction of the luminaires over the roadway or the inclinations of the booms are too large and cause excessive dissipation of the light flux,

- The Contractor is obliged to recreate the road surface destroyed during the execution of the works to a condition not worse than the original one and ensure road passability. If the Contractor finds damage outside this belt caused by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be obliged to remove damage and restore the condition of the original site at his expense. The Contractor shall recreate the pavement in a manner agreed with the manager of the road concerned,

- execution of measurements and carrying out the start-up of devices,

- maintaining the required legal documentation of construction,

- completion of work and transfer of the site to the Contracting Authority,

- compliance with the conditions of conducting works on the territory of the municipality Janów Lubelski.
