The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency Development North, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for preparation of 7 complete preliminary projects with descriptions and drafts. The 7 projects are as follows:

1. Preliminary project new houses at Bardufoss stage 1.

2. Preliminary project new houses at Bardufoss stage 2.

3. Preliminary project new officers' quartering at Bardufoss stage 1.

4. Preliminary project new officers' quartering at Bardufoss stage 2.

5. Preliminary project new houses at Setermoen stage 1.

6. Preliminary project new houses at Setermoen stage 2.

7. Preliminary project new officers' quartering at Setermoen stage 1.

The preliminary projects shall be prepared in the period from October 2013 until February 2014 and intensive effort from the consultant must be expected in this period. The contract also includes option for preparation of the tender documents as well as follow up during the construction period.
