The procurement concerns consultant brokers for call-offs regarding consultancy support linked to Öresundskraft's CCS project (Carbon Capture & Storage). Öresundskraft's needs will include consultants with different skills, experience and roles, including in partnering work and with the form of a Fidic contract. The need is difficult to predict in advance and can often arise with short notice.
The consultant broker will be responsible for quality and administration of mediated consulting companies and consultants, as well as a system solution for administration of, for example, the call-off process, invoicing and time reporting, the ability to extract statistics and follow-up of agreements and consultants.

Transport and logistics
The estimated volume of the framework agreement is around SEK 15 million per year. The bidder may regard this as a guide to the scope. Öresundskraft does not provide any guarantee for the same extent during the contract period, but the scope may change and both increase and decrease, during this period.
The maximum volume for the framework agreement is SEK 100 million. When purchases on this agreement have reached the maximum volume, Öresundskraft has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, or until the time specified by Öresundskraft, see also the terms of the agreement. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement.
The contract period is 2 years with the possibility for Öresundskraft to extend the agreement for up to 6 years, on one or more occasions. The total contract period, including any extensions, is a maximum of eight (8) years. Planned contract start is 2023-11-01.
The consultant broker shall only mediate consultants for assignments that have a connection to the CCS project.
