A new, large water treatment plant is to be constructed at Tosebygda. In addition, the current groundwater well facility at Sandstangen is to be expanded.

The contractor will mainly be responsible for the main distribution with the intake field and sub-distributions, low voltage distribution installations, house installations (lighting, heating, power sockets), fire alarm installations, access control/burglary alarm, network, reserve power installations, and UPS, distributions, and component cabling for process equipment and instrumentation, as well as function testing and trial operation for 3 months.
